At C's The Day Books, we offer free shipping to all our customers within the United States. Our books are carefully packaged and shipped within 2-3 business days after your order is placed. We also offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package. We understand that receiving your order in a timely manner is important, which is why we work hard to ensure a seamless shipping experience for our customers.
Return & Exchange Information
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from C's The Day Books. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. We accept returns and exchanges for books that are in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for returns and exchanges, unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for digital products, including eBooks and audiobooks.
